Convex bedside table inlaid with precious essences in walnut briar root and bois de rose, reproduced in eighteenth-century Louis XV Venetian Baroque style.
The bedside table, with soft and graceful lines, is equipped with two drawers. The front and sides are double rounded shaped.
Precious essences in walnut briar root and bois de rose characterize the inlays of this cabinet nightstand, veneered with walnut essences. The item has been polished in natural wood.
The bedside table is built with a 4 mm thick veneer of precious walnut wood worked like as "herringbone in the centers", a refined Ferrarese walnut root prepared in open stain and embellished with a threaded inlay in bois de rose that surrounds all edges. The frame of the top is assembled in walnut with a "head" grain. Polished with natural products, this artefact reflects the high workmanship of the 18th century Venetian cabinet.
Reproduced in the dimensions 64x36x69h. Being handcrafted by hand, it is possible to change dimensions, essences and finishes of the bedside table according to customer needs.
It is an important reproduction in Louis XV style of the mid-eighteenth century.
The original convex and inlaid bedside cabinet is located at Palazzo Barbarigo in Venice.
