Historical notes and mobile curiosities

This chest decorated in 18th-century Tyrolean Baroque style was originally created in the mid-1600s in the craft shops in Val di Sole in Trentino Alto Adige. It was commissioned by one of our customers, who as soon as he saw the original wanted a faithful reproduction immediately. What struck him was the set of different arts and techniques used such as architecture, painting and sculpture that made this piece of furniture extremely sophisticated in its construction but graceful and sober in its decorative designs. It can be positioned wherever you want, at the entrance of prestigious alpine residences or at the foot of the bed in rooms in mountain houses, as it makes the use of space easier by using it both as a bench to sit on and as a container for what you want.
