The golden mirrors are in the shape of a goblet. The refinement of the wavy and molded lines and the depth of the carvings reflect the typicality of small-sized Venetian mirrors.
The goblet mirrors are made of pine wood, gilded with gold leaf.
Carved and perforated by hand without the use of pantographs, the mirrors are gouache gilded with 6 layers of patinated and consumed gold leaf. Even the light antiquing is handmade in the high-cabinetry workshop of the luxury brand Vangelista Mobili 1960.
Made by hand in the 57x34hx5 thickness, the Venetian mirrors can be reproduced according to the size and type of gilding, using a sample.
The mirror fans are reproduced from the original model dating back to the first half of the 1700s, located in the master bedroom inside the splendid Palazzo Cà Pesaro in Venice.
