MODEL STRUCTURE

The wardrobe is a two-door piece with framed panels, handmade and decorated in 18th-century Tyrolean Baroque style, originating from Val Badia.

RAW MATERIAL

The sober and clean lines of this antique two-door wardrobe, decorated in 18th-century Tyrolean Baroque style and originating from Val Badia, clearly reflect the influence of the nearby Austrian tradition. The two front doors are made with a frame divided into three panels, while the lower cornice features a plinth with feet that give lightness to the entire structure. The interior is equipped with four adjustable shelves on wooden rails. The back panel, particularly fine, is constructed with a cross frame that ensures both solidity and artisanal refinement.

THE PROCESSINGS

Lacquered with a base preparation of worn “Bologna gesso” and subsequently patinated with natural earths and pigments, this antique wardrobe acquires an authentic aged character. The richness and quality of the decorations further enhance the two-door wardrobe in 18th-century Tyrolean Baroque style from Val Badia, where the harmonious balance of forms highlights the skill of our master craftsmen. The decorations, entirely hand-painted, depict lively stylized flowers in shades of ruby red and refined Tyrolean green, softened by delicate nuances. The stylized floral motifs evoke the artisans’ deep connection with the mountain landscapes, standing out harmoniously against the white/cream background.
