Precious rectangular inlaid table in Venetian Asolean style made of walnut, classic Luigi Filippo style. The table is ideal for precious kitchens and majestic dining rooms of luxury houses. Product 100% made in Italy.
MODEL STRUCTURE
The precious rectangular inlaid table, Venetian Asolean style, is built in a squared and rectangular shape of various sizes and it is expandable outwards through 2 extensions that can be packed inside the table, whereas the frame is supported by 4 finely sabre shaped legs.
RAW MATERIAL
The precious rectangular inlaid table with geometric inlays and s-shaped bands is made of walnut wood, the top and the extensions are veneered in walnut with a thickness of 4 mm., inside the veneering the table is made of solid spruce wood. The bands that surround the top and the legs are made of walnut wood. The sliding systems are in oak wood, that never deteriorates.
THE PROCESSINGS
The top of the precious rectangular inlaid table is surrounded by squared bands in walnut wood, the central part is veneered in inlaid flamed walnut in the shape of a diamond and a geometric pattern made of maple, American walnut (dark wood), cherry and exotic woods like rosewood, ebony, boxwood and mahogany. The inlay is hand-made with a thickness of 4 mm. The extensions are processed in the same way as the top, whereas the s-shaped bands with the wonderful head grain make more precious the table. The item is supported by 4 sabre shaped legs, which are fastened to the bands through strong tongue and groove joints. The table is hand-polished with natural clays dissolved in water for the right shade and finely hand-antiqued by stone in the protruding parts. The polishing is established with shellac applied with a brush and final protection with a wick to enhance the beautiful colours and grains of the inlays.

The original precious rectangular inlaid table in Venetian Asolean style dates back to the second half of the 18th century.
HISTORICAL NOTES AND CURIOSITIES OF MOBILE
The story behind the reproduction of this table is curious. One of our dearest customers came to our laboratory with an original table dating back to the mid-18th century that he wanted to sell because it needed to be restored and the dimension was not suitable for his room. Given the refined shaped legs, the originality of the s-shaped bands and the precious inlay on the top. We decided to buy the table and retrieve all the dimensions for a faithful reproduction. We made the shape of the bands through a special steel milling machine. Over the years, our clientele strongly demanded this table, so we decided to reproduce it in a lot of sizes. The table is designed, handcrafted and hand-polished in our art laboratory, 100% Made in Italy.
