Model Description

Model Structure

The structure has 2 drawers and 2 lower doors. Inside the doors there are 3 adjustable wooden ladder shelves with rack. Its narrow and high shape makes it a rare and original piece. It is decorated with baroque and geometric designs in red tones.

Raw Material

The whole structure is in solid fir essence. The hinges are in hand forged iron. It is decorated with water-based tempera and natural earths, protected with French beeswax.

Manufacture

The sideboard is handcrafted in the Vangelista Mobili 1960 art and high cabinetry workshop. Hand painted in polychrome with water-based tempera and antiqued with earth and natural brown-toned patinas, its decorations reflect designs with geometric motifs and baroque subjects in pastel shades; the decoration is fixed with transparent shellac paint applied with a brush and protected with 97% virgin French beeswax. The hinges and lock are hand-forged.

The elegant sideboard is made in the dimensions 118x44x138h. Built and decorated by hand from time to time, the product can be reproduced to measure according to the client's needs, in terms of dimensions, shapes and lacquers.

This luxury furniture Made in Italy is the reproduction of the original furniture dating back to the late 1600s and early 1700s. Visiting an ancient farm in Val di Fassa, in Trentino, we saw in its entrance the vintage model of a rare sideboard / pantry decorated with geometric designs in red shades, with a narrow and high shape that makes it a rare and original piece and, struck by its beauty, courtesy of the owners , we took over the shares of the alpine sideboard and photographed all the decorations to have a detailed archive. Given the results, we have reproduced various dimensions of this model over the years.
