Description Model
Sideboard with 3 drawers and 2 doors in avio color decorated with plant motifs, handcrafted by hand, fits well into the entrances of prestigious mountain houses and important alpine residences.
MODEL STRUCTURE
The avio-colored sideboard has a molded frame and plinths and a refined decoration with baroque and vegetable motifs. The aesthetic value of this model is embellished by the details and accessories, such as the lock and the visible shaped hinges, forged in wrought iron as in the original model.
RAW MATERIAL
The Alpine sideboard is made of solid spruce, a wood traditionally used by Trentino cabinetmakers. Water-based tempera is used for the polychrome decorations. The lock and hinges are in wrought iron.
THE PROCESSINGS
Vangelista Mobili 1960 has been producing this splendid artifact for over 30 years. For the faithful reproduction of the original model, we proceeded by photographing the decorations and all the construction details, from the molding of the frame and the plinth to the shape of the doors. We then reproduced hinge in hot forged iron by hand in an artisan forging workshop. The patient craftsmanship of the decorations gives this reproduction an antique flavor look.
MODEL DIMENSION IN THE PHOTO
The sideboard in classic seventeenth century baroque style reproduced by hand is built in the dimension 126x42x120h. It can be made to measure for dimensions and lacquers. For this purpose, we give our customers the opportunity to view the unfinished sideboard in our laboratory, so that they can decide all the necessary customizations, such as the type of lacquering and decorative subjects. The importance we give to the tastes of our customers is a fundamental value that distinguishes us in the sector.
History Model
CENTURY OF USE
The pantry cupboard decorated in Tyrolean style with a precious decoration of fruit and vegetable subjects hand painted in polychrome, is a faithful and important reproduction of the early seventeenth century. The taste of the decorations and the accessories in hand-wrought iron denote the typicality of the furnishings made in the Val di Sole area, a flourishing and highly artisanal valley, located in the north-western area of Trentino-Alto Adige.
