The carved TV stand is made of 2 rib-shaped doors, the frame is supported by a carved band joined by 4 legs sculpted by hand in the style of the Venetian Baroque luxury furnishings of the eighteenth century.
The TV stand is made of solid walnut, the interiors are in fir wood, hinges and key are in solid brass.
The stem is made with the frame sides, the doors take on the same ashlar work. The frame is assembled with "tenon and mortise" joints which are extremely robust. The lower band and the 4 legs are carved, shaped and sculpted by hand with curls and pilasters, typical workings of Venetian furnishings of the 1700s. Polishing is also done by hand with natural products, earth powders to give the desired tone, shellac varnish spread with a brush, antiqued expertly made with special tools. The glossy finish is given by 9 passages of straw-colored oil and pumice stone in which the clade veins and chromaticity of the walnut is emphasized. Polished with the Farsetti method, workmanship used in the Venetian workshops of the 1600s. Vangelista mobili 1960 is the only company that shines with the Farsetti method.
The Venetian sideboard with 4 carved legs is made in the 130x52x70h size. Being a piece of furniture produced by hand, it can be made to measure for dimensions, quality of wood and type of finish.
The Venetian cupboard with 4 sculpted legs is reproduced from the original model dating back to the second half of the 1700s.The original model was found in the famous antiquarian gallery of Tullio Silva in Milan.
The famous antiquarian Silva sent us a client to our laboratory because he wanted to reproduce one of his Venetian furniture as a support for the TV. They brought us the original 2-door shaped and carved sideboard dating back to the second half of the eighteenth century, to reproduce it custom-made in walnut wood. We took all the necessary material: dimensions, tracing of "rib" shapes on plywood panel, sampling of a hand carved leg. This material was necessary to perfectly reproduce the high quality handcrafted TV cabinet, a true synonym of Made in Italy. The passion and experience of the Vangelista Mobili 1960 brand manages to reproduce unique pieces of high value from original furniture.
