HISTORICAL NOTES AND CURIOSITIES OF MOBILE

This armchair is inspired by an original 18th-century piece preserved at Palazzo Barbarigo, a historic Venetian residence overlooking the Grand Canal. Each piece is crafted using the same artisanal techniques of the 1700s: hand-carved from solid beech wood and decorated with patinated gold leaf, just as it was done in the noble workshops of the era. More than a simple furnishing element, this is a true fragment of Venetian history. The armchair is entirely handmade and hand-carved in the Vangelista 1960 fine cabinetmaking workshop, a guardian of traditional Venetian craftsmanship.
