THE PROCESSINGS

Large Tyrolean Chest of Drawers – Handcrafted and Hand-Painted, This large Tyrolean chest of drawers is entirely designed, built, and hand-decorated in the Vangelista 1960 workshop. The structure is crafted according to traditional Trentino cabinetmaking techniques: both the frame and the doors are assembled using mortise-and-tenon joints, an ancient hand-executed method that ensures durability and long-lasting stability. The most valuable feature of this piece is its handcrafted decorations, executed entirely by hand using natural materials. The Bologna gesso base, applied and worn with a spatula, is painted in polychrome with water-based tempera paints, prepared and mixed directly in our workshop to achieve authentic and perfectly harmonized tones. The vibrant green base color gives this piece a unique and exclusive character. This chest of drawers is an excellent example of Tyrolean artisanal furniture, ideal for chalets, mountain homes, and Alpine or rustic interiors. It can also be custom-made to match specific dimensions and color tones.
