RAW MATERIAL
Made from solid spruce, this Tirolean 2-Door Wardrobe showcases the quality and durability of natural wood, chosen for its strength, long-lasting performance, and warm, authentic appearance. Typical of Alpine tradition, the spruce highlights the craftsmanship of the piece, making each wardrobe truly unique.
THE PROCESSINGS
The Tirolean wardrobe is decorated and finished in the artisanal workshop of Vangelista Mobili 1960, using the same traditional techniques practiced in Trentino workshops during the 17th and 18th centuries. The front is frame-constructed, with tall vertical side pillars designed to showcase rich, detailed decorations. The hinges and lock are hand-forged in hot iron without welding, individually stamped, and faithfully reproduced from original 17th-century models. The most intricate phase is the hand-painted decoration, inspired by an original antique model from the scenic Val di Fassa in Trentino-Alto Adige. The wardrobe is finished in a soft sky-blue lacquer and enhanced with polychrome floral and Baroque motifs. The entire finish is applied with natural products over a base of plaster and lime, gently aged to achieve an authentic antique effect.
