MODEL STRUCTURE
The sideboard is made of solid wood, with doors hand-decorated with floral and Baroque motifs typical of Alpine style. The shaped top ensures sturdiness, while the sides feature carefully finished panels. The molded base with carved feet and the artisanal finish create a patinated effect that enhances every detail of the decoration, crafted in the Vangelista workshop, established in 1960.
RAW MATERIAL
The sideboard is crafted from fir wood, traditionally used in Trentino artisan workshops for its workability and natural warmth—ideal for hand-painted decorations in authentic Alpine style. This handcrafted Alpine furniture piece brings traditional Italian craftsmanship and timeless elegance to any home.
THE PROCESSINGS
The decorations, expertly hand-painted, weave floral and Baroque motifs in vibrant shades of red, green, and yellow, harmoniously set against a soft, light blue background. The motifs are created using water-based polychrome tempera, giving them a luminous and natural effect. The hinges and lock are hand-forged in iron, heat-treated, and reproduced following authentic period models.

This refined and original model is inspired by the production of the original piece, dating back to the second half of the 17th century, from the artisan workshops of the Giudicarie Valleys in Trentino-Alto Adige.
HISTORICAL NOTES AND CURIOSITIES OF MOBILE
During a visit to an old farmhouse in the Giudicarie Valleys, Trentino, we were impressed by an original piece of this beautiful hand-painted sideboard, featuring polychrome floral and Baroque motifs, dating back to the second half of the 17th century. Due to high demand from our clients for this type of furniture, the farmhouse owner allowed us to take the measurements and photographs of the piece to create a faithful reproduction. The result is a TV sideboard, entirely handmade and decorated in the Vangelista high-quality cabinetry workshop, founded in 1960, inspired by the original model.
