The solid walnut sideboard is reproduced from the original model dating back to the first half of the 1600s, coming from the Tuscan-Emilian border.
While visiting the Medici Villa of Cerreto Guidi in Tuscany, we were asked to reproduce some interior furnishings dating back to the mid-1600s. In the main entrance there were two giant sideboards in walnut with inlays and pillars advanced body. Courtesy of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, we have created detailed photos of the piece of furniture with details of the frames and inlays. For the realization of the inlays, handmade in precious exotic wood of bois de rose and maple, we have reproduced the steel milling of the top and the lower cornice. With the result of a sideboard of rare beauty, handcrafted in our workshop.
