Elegant small console in cherry wood reproduced from the original in classic Charles X style. The refined shapes of the lateral supports and the “S” shaped drawer make it a piece that fits well into elegant entrances and prestigious dining rooms.
The complex structure of the construction of this refined cherry console table is based on the shaping of the “curly” legs that support the structure of the drawer and the “S” shaped top. The base is also shaped and supported by 2 circular shaped supports. The drawer is designed with the vertical ventura, which enhances its value by increasing its value. The inside of the drawer is made with hand made “dovetail” joints. The corners of the two sides are finely rounded in the typical Louis Philippe and Charles X style.
All the furniture is made of solid cherry wood, the inside of the drawer is in solid fir wood.

The small console in solid cherry wood, made in the typical canons of the Louis Philippe and Charles X style, is reproduced from the period artifact dating back to the early nineteenth century, a period in which the furniture tends to moderate, almost bourgeois forms, in stark contrast to the previous period. The choice of color changes and the use of light wooden material triumphs, there is a gradual tendency to soften the shapes with the resurfacing of curved lines. The original piece of the elegant console is part of the private collection of our Milanese antiquarian Tullio Silva.
One of our faithful customers sent us some photos of an original Charles X Louis Philippe style console dating back to the second half of the 1800s. asking us to reproduce it. For its realization we proceeded to create the dimensional technical drawings with the SolidWorks program. Then we traced the hand-shaped pieces by tracing the original scale drawing on the solid cherry piece, hand-sawn and then bench-mounted. The result is a splendid shaped console with original lines and shapes.
