Inlaid dresser with 4 drawers, with rounded and wavy lines, reproduced in Louis XV Baroque Venetian style. Elegant furnishings for luxury entrances reproduced in small sizes.
The dresser, rounded and moved in small measures, has 4 drawers and an original round inlay on the top, made of maple wood and depicting a floral pattern. The entire internal structure is made of solid fir staves, externally veneered with inlays in flamed walnut with threaded inlay in maple.
In the realization of this dresser, solid fir slats were used for the structure, flamed walnut for the veneer and maple for the threaded inlay. Natural products have been used for polishing.
The dresser, curved and moved in small dimensions, is built, inlaid and polished by hand in our high cabinet-making workshop following the same working methods of the eighteenth century.
The moved and rounded small dresser is handcrafted by hand and can be made to measure for dimensions and finishes. Reproduced in 2 sizes: 84x38x90h. - 100x44x95h.
The original artifact dates back to the first half of the eighteenth century.
At the request of one of our dealers we have reproduced this 18th century Venetian furniture starting from the images of the "Eighteenth-century Venetian Illustrative Book" by Giuseppe Morazzoni, pioneer of the history of Italian decorative arts. The original dresser has been reproduced with 3 drawers.
