Woods and manufacturing for timeless furniture

Vangelista Mobili 1960 uses only precious and high quality essences for its furniture. Among these there are walnut, cherry wood, oak, ebony, rosewood and bois de rose. Vangelista Mobili 1960 is proud to represent the long tradition of finest cabinet-making, creating wooden masterpiece and precious furniture.

For the internal structure of the curved pieces we use spruce or poplar staves, covered by precious essences like walnut wood from Ferrara, cherry wood, maple, boxwood, ebony and rosewood. For the carving, instead, we use lime wood or Swiss stone pine, essences with solid fiber, a perfect material for sculpt.

We use quality and precious texture for our chair and for the inside of our pieces: cloths, leather and velvet highlight the abundance of details, for an exclusive and elegant furniture.

Hand-engraved mirrors decorated with fused silver (with platinum and mercury) are mounted on the accessories of the precious rococo and baroque bureau, trumeau and secretarie. The handles are realized with fused bronze using a shaped container (using the traditional method called “a terra”).
